Your commitment is needed by February 1, 2010 in order to finalize bus transportation by February 15, 2010. (And…yes…traveling on the “Cat” was an option, but the expense was much higher).
Each person needs a PASSPORT to go on the trip.
The following rates listed below for lodging and transportation are just estimates. The Northeast Committee will be finalizing hotel rates at the winter meeting in March to hopefully get better rates which will lower the cost. Payments include three nights lodging and round trip transportation:
