Mission

The Motor Corps is a unit of Kora Shriners, having been accepted in 1984. Its mission is to promote Shrinedom and Kora Shriners; to perform services for the Potentate at his request; to participate in parades and other official functions; to provide transportation for nobles and guests of Kora Shriners as the need arises.

The motor unit will be made up of vehicles in the convertible, antique, classic and specialty classes.

Membership

Enrollment in the Motor Crops unit has been set at 40 with about half that number currently members. While most members will have their own vehicle, this is not a requirement for membership.

Uniform and Dues

Uniforms will be selected and must be purchased and maintained by the member. An appropriate identifying fez strip will be supplied by the unit. The initiation fee of $20.00 covers the first years dues and dues thereafter are $10.00 annually. Four meetings will be held per year with additional special meetings called as needed.

Attendance

Application

Applications and additional information are available through the Director or officers. Membership is by majority vote of the members after application.

Miscellaneous

Social and fund-raising activities will be planned.
